Ohio Arts Council Awards Grant to Colony

The Ohio Arts Council, a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally and economically, has provided a Sustainability Grant of $15,913 to the Colony. The grant which runs for a 12 month period beginning July 1, 2006 provides funding for  special events such as the upcoming Singer/Songwriters Night, River City Film Festival and ColonyFest.

With this grant the Ohio Arts Council has provided support of more than $68,000 to the Colony for events, design work and feasibility studies.
