Third Annual Colony Film Festival

Time: TBA
Cost: $10 per day or $15 for 2-day pass; $5 Marietta Brewing Company only
Location: Mid Ohio Valley Players Theatre & The Marietta Brewing Company

    The Third Annual Colony Film Festival (formerly the River City Film Festival) is a showcase for independent films from all over the country, including local talent. If you’re an aspiring filmmaker or just a movie fan, you won’t want to miss this event. And with all proceeds benefiting restoration of the Colony Theatre, you'’ll be investing in the future of independent cinema in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
    Submissions for the Colony Film Festival are now open and will close on Friday, August 29th, 2008. All submissions before July 1st are $15.00. From July 1st through August 29th, the fee is $25.00. For detailed information on film submission and the event go to www:colonyfilmfestival.com.
    The Ohio Arts Council help fund this event for the HCHTA with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
